We are glad to have the generous and creative support of our Community Partners. These are small businesses, individuals and large corporations who sponsor our events, volunteer their time and resources and develop creative promotional fundraising partnerships with the Foundation.
Since June of this year, our four unique fundraising events, held in three states, have raised over $100K for advanced breast cancer research. In just five months we’ve presented our donors with everything from a golf scramble to a silent auction, brunch to pink martinis, a walking race to guest speakers from the cancer research community.

July 15, 2009 – The Marilyn B. Gula Mountains of Hope Foundation has donated an additional $50,000 to the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) to fight advanced stages of breast cancer.
The Marilyn B. Gula Mountains of Hope Foundation has donated an additional $50,000 to the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) to fight advanced stages of breast cancer. The foundation’s most recent donation brings to $250,000 the amount it has raised for TGen; it also funds work at the University of California, San Francisco, and at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

THE MARILYN B. GULA MOUNTAINS OF HOPE FOUNDATION HOSTS 2ND ANNUAL "GOLF FOR A CURE" TO BENEFIT TREATMENT OF ADVANCED BREAST CANCER
CLEVELAND, June 12 2009 - The second annual Marilyn B. Gula Mountains of Hope Foundation "Golf for a Cure" will take place Wednesday, June 17 at StoneWater Golf Club in Highland Heights, Ohio. Last year's benefit raised more than $35,000 for the research and treatment of advanced breast cancer.
August 15, 2009 was a beautiful summer morning at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. By 8:00 am the Mountains of Hope Foundation banner was hung to welcome more than 350 participants of all ages. Families came together representing three generations - . grandparents, parents and children – who turned out that morning to support advanced breast cancer research and the Ireland Cancer Center, beneficiary of the Foundation’s 2009 Zoo Walk for Hope.
